(September 11, 2020, 12:07 pm)I’m very pleased with the service we receive from B&B pools. Ashley who works in the office is particularly helpful, professional, and very pleasant to interact with. She actually talked me through a minor adjustment to the filter, saving a service call. We use B&B yearly for our pool opening and closing. We’re very satisfied!

I called the store bc of the pandemic, they had me drop off a water sample in front of the store.
They called me with my water test results moments later, and asked if I needed anything I ordered some shock, chlorine tabs, and a few other chemicals, along with a thermometer, they even asked me what type I wanted.
I paid over the phone they said it would be ready at 3:45 I arrived and a gentleman in a mask brought it out and put it in my car.
The order was correct and they even gave me a sample jar for next time.
