It's a great place overall. Sure if your late they'll reschedule. If it happens 3times they won't see you anymore and are not accepting any more patients. I've had a hiccup here and there within the past 10years plus I've been going2 them but at the end of the day my needs are met,meds are taken care of & I see my Dr every 3months. Thank you Grunwald center
