First experience with our new RV and engine issues. We were frustrated after having our trip interrupted and Ford Warranty (chassis for RV) not being any help. On our own we found Bayshore Truck Center. Pulled in at 6:00pm. What a great experience! The staff - Amy and Nicole - listened and made sure we felt comfortable. We were able to hook up for the night and had the RV services first thing in the morning. On the road by 10 am. Lead mechanic explained issues and what repairs were needed. Facilities were very clean. Customer lounge with recliners, TV and beverages. Bathroom clean.
Thank you for the amazing customer service!

I picked up my truck on 05/05/23. I found a fuel leak. I returned my truck the same day.
They replaced the Engine Fuel Injector Line. I picked up my truck on 05/06/23.

I went on my trip on 05/08/23, and the Check Engine light, and low coolant level warning light came on. On my round trip of 1100 miles, I added the 4 gallons of coolant.

I couldn't find safe parking on the shoulder of Route 41 N/B. But the Engine shut down in a few seconds, I had just pulled over on a grass, and there was no room for me to get out of my truck because of traffic. I saw huge leaks from the Radiator of my truck. My heart was struck. However, the Transteck Inc. Freightliner of Elkton, MD didn't fix my truck.

The B & F tow my truck to the Bayshore Truck Center at 520 Terminal Ave, New Castle, DE 19720. On 05/30/23.
