  I leased a Subaru Forester for a second time at Bay Ridge Subaru. Andre is a wonderful salesperson, so knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and always patient in answering questions and providing a positive experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend speaking with him if you have questions about the different vehicles and options! He understood what we wanted and we love our new Forester. He worked with us last time we leased a Subaru and we insisted on working with Andre again! He made sure we were happy with our car. Michael helped us to finalize our lease details, and likewise was very patient, professional, courteous, and understanding of our needs and concerns. He took the time to work with our family to get the car we wanted. He was also very personable and helped us to make a great deal so we will be back in 3 years! Bay Ridge Subaru is the best!

  They did an oil change, the annual New York State inspection, and repaired a wiring issue with the airbag light. Work was done well as usual and completed when promised. Robinson was friendly and helpful and kept me advised as to when work would be done. Bay Ridge Subaru sold me this Forester car 19 years ago and has kept it running smoothly all that time. They have also been good about not pushing for unnecessary extra work. They have also upgraded their waiting area for customers so that it is clean and pleasant if you choose to wait for work to be done.

  I came in to get a second key made. I was impressed with the professionalism and high service standard. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and very professional. More importantly everything cost exactly what they said it would and took exactly how long they said it would. I would have no qualms about bringing my car to them again.

  I came to do express oil change. From the entering the dealership and leaving after service was done it took just 50 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, waiting room nice and clean, even coffee maker worked. As soon as service was done I received a message on my phone - great! Just put over there some donuts and bagels and I will rate it six stars.

  I have found the experience of using Bay Ridge Subaru terrific. I brought my Crosstrek in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were finished in 45 minutes. I commented that I wouldn’t have to miss any work, and the manager commented that he was sorry. I responded that this was a good thing. I was also impressed with state-of-the art technology that they use in service provision. I am both brand loyal to Subaru and to Bay Ridge Subaru. Nice work, one and all.

The salesman was good and I got a great car at a fair price. Trusting them, I had the dealership service the vehicle exclusively. With the cold weather the steering started making an odd noise but only when temp went below 30.
