My brother Peter was diagnosed with dementia and entered Bay Park Nursing Home five (5) years ago. My family is so grateful for the level of professionalism he received from day one until his passing on 08/25. I highly recommend this facility and personally would like to thank his social worker Joan Bryan for her support throughout these difficult years.
They were very kind and the activities we did were amazing it actually felt like a family
I have been to this nursing home many times and I can tell you that they are a bunch of extremely hard working employees. I know for a fact that they do not tolerate disgruntled employees or employees that do not meet the standards of providing exceptional patient care. I had an issue with a staff that was caring for my family and once I reported the issue it was IMMEDIATELY addressed. They have an exceptional wound care team that I highly recommend.
Reading these other negative reviews does not represent what my experience were at this facility. The nursing staff go above and beyond, the Nursing department gets high praise for their compassion and dedication to providing good care and advocate for their patients. The review written by AUBREY ROACHE APPEARS TO BE FROM A DISGRUNTLED, recently terminated semi-professional individual that you encounter at many jobs.
