  I am very pleased with my Bath Fitter experience! Terrence was my installer and took his time and did a professional job! Very nice person to talk to as well! It’s been almost 2 weeks and have have no issues whatsoever....no leaks etc which was my biggest concern since I recently renovated my basement! From start to finish Terrence kept the area to a neat mess while working and when finishing cleaned up the area nicely 👍...I’m not going to lie it was expensive but it was my choice of whether to do the job or not! Seeing the complete job now I am happy with my decision...Thank you

  In 2006, we contacted Bath Fitter to renovate our shower. No complaints...we have loved it over the years (and it still looks brand new!) so, in February of 2020, we decided to renovate another bathroom in the house, one that has a bathtub.
  
  I contacted O'Gorman Brothers Bath Fitter in Hackettstown, NJ, and scheduled a sales person, Greg, to come over and show us various options to consider. We were impressed with the recommendations and, having already had a Bath Fitter product, knew that it was a high quality product so we proceeded with the bathtub renovation. Dave came to our home to measure the space, Jose handled the scheduling, and the installation was done by Chris in March of 2020. As promised, the job was completed in one day. Chris was neat and respectful of our home, covering the wood floors to protect them and cleaning everything up upon the completion of the job. The entire team was professional and courteous.
  
  Fast forward to June of 2020, we decided to add some accessories to the Bath Fitter shower...some brushed nickel grab bars and a brushed nickel hand-held attachment. I contacted Jose, sent him some photos of what my shower looked like and he provided a quote for parts and installation and a lifetime warranty...and we proceeded with this job. Jose was very responsive to my calls and emails. Dave came out to my home and installed the new accessories today. (Three photos I've shown here are from the tub installation; two photos are from the shower accessories installation.
  
  Everything went smoothly and we love our two Bath Fitter bathrooms! We have a third bathroom...it's used by my cats! They're not too fussy about where I keep their litter boxes so I'm holding off of having Bath Fitter renovate this bathroom. LOL
  
  I would recommend O'Gorman Brothers Bath Fitter in Hackettstown, NJ, without any hesitation.

  This company is EVERYTHING they promise to be. I purposely waited over six months to write this review because I wanted to live with the product in order to provide an honest review. The product is absolute 100% quality. My walk in shower is just as pristine as the day they put it in with very little maintenance. The buying experience was amazing - the sales representative was polite, courteous and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. They had someone come and precisely measure our bathroom space to ensure the product fit exactly as it should. The installer was as courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, neat and quick. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Bath Fitter over the other less expensive companies. Worth every single penny!!!

  I love my new bathroom! The installers very quick and did a wonderful job it only took a day and a half which was great because we only have one bathroom! I love the wainscoting that was put over the existing tile on the walls I have a brand new bathroom. They installed a new toilet and vanity also. They were very courteous and did a great job with no mess behind I recommend them highly! Thank you for the great work.
