(August 14, 2023, 3:39 pm)We needed a french drain system installed in our basement and a drain in our backyard to eliminate the flooding during heavy rains. The crews that came out to complete the work were very professional, knowledgeable, and respected our property by protecting our plants outback and items in our basement. They were efficient and helped us with the many problems that we came across in the basement. The work they did was great and I will recommend them to anyone who needs waterproofing completed in their home. Thank you to the crews that worked at our home and a special thanks to Mike the Quality Control Officer, who I could not have been happier with.

(August 5, 2023, 3:49 pm)We called Basement Waterproofing Specialists because our rec room carpet was getting wet after heavy rains. Turns out we had a crack in our foundation. The inspector was very thorough in his assessment and planning, covered all the details with us. The job was scheduled quickly. The crew was so efficient and cleaned up so well after their one day on the job that we couldn’t even tell they were here EXCEPT our basement was was completely dry after any rain. THANK YOU Basement Waterproofing Specialists.

(May 12, 2023, 7:16 pm)I had them out to install a drainage system for the sump pump in my house, which pumps out water frequently throughout the year. From the initial visit through the work being done as well as a follow up, they were very professional and efficient. They sent a team of 6 people to dig a trench, cut a path through the driveway, lay the pipe while pitching it and cover it all back up and did it all in just 4 hours. The sump pump was more audible after the new system was in place and they sent someone out to make adjustments to it for no additional charge, even though they didn't work on the pump itself when installing the drainage system. On top of all that, they actually had the best price of 3 quotes that I got. Basically, they were the best of the best in all possible regards.

(August 11, 2021, 1:11 am)From the moment I made the appointment, the experience was great. Michael Chiarulli is extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained everything perfectly. When you have a business, this is the kind of person you want working for you. He’ a fantastic representative of this company. He worked with me through all the paper work and was easy to reach by email and cell.
The workers were very responsible, respectful and they all worked very hard. The job took a day and half and when they were done it was like they were never here. They cleaned up wherever they were and left no mess behind.
One of my basement windows had a piece of wood that was removed but because of age and rot, it could not be put back and used. I called Michael Chiarulli, and he quickly put me in touch with someone that was able to come back to our home and replaced that piece of wood.
The warranty is one the best I have ever come across for any major purchase. It lasts the life of the home and and can be carried over to another owner. There are financing options that are available as well.
Yes, it’s is an expensive job, but it’s investment in your home. In the end, having the opportunity to safely use my basement, while keeping our belongings and property dry, is everything to me. *My photos are in chronological order — from the drains being installed to drying of the cement.
