Service could not have been any better! Mischa initially assisted my over-the-phone inquiry and once at pharmacy the staff and principal pharmacist were of the utmost professionalism and support. Fantastic dependable local pharmacy!!! They recently did the nicest thing! After years of coming here,I can attest they've been a real lifesaver.
I did write a Yelp review a year or so ago and this is an update. This pharmacy recently came in clutch when I had an insurance prior authorization issue. Not only did the pharmacist text me updates and talk to my provider, but they also arranged for me to buy my prescription at a considerable discount on time, to make sure I wouldn't miss my necessary dosage. So caring and considerate!!! And then, Best of all, when my insurance went through later, they REFUNDED the price they charged! They didn't have to do that but they insisted on refunding what I paid! That was so unbelievably kind of them, it made my week. The pharmacist clearly put customer service first to provide this refund, and I didn't even request it!!! How nice is that!? I am so grateful I chose Barry's over all the other corporate faceless big box pharmacies (Walgreens etc) because I would have NEVER gotten that type of service at a corporation. I still can't get over how considerate and friendly that was!
Speaking of friendless, every employee here has a warm greeting and a smile whenever I come in. It feels like local folks working here; I feel very welcome.
And last thing...this is a nice place to stop by for cooking-themed gifts and greeting cards, as they have a whole section dedicated to seasonal gifts as well as those for kids/moms/dads. And these aren't cheap, as they're very high quality crafted items such as wool scarves, recycled soda can candles, family engraved frames, baby toys, etc.

Barry's has become much more pleasant and welcoming since the original Barry sold it. I also appreciate that they deliver, which is something the original store never did. Keep up the good work!!
