Such a nice and honest man who goes above and beyond. Called him and left a voicemail- received a call back within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for him to check out and service our cesspool on a weekend. Not only did he come on time- he called to re-confirm, minutes before the appointment. He checked out a couple of other things we asked for advice on and explained everything thoroughly. He’s also very experienced and it shows. Once the cesspool was serviced, he explained what needed to be done to maintain it and gave me a fair price. Truly happy to have found his business.
Called on Sunday morning with main drain emergency. Owner called me back in 5 minutes. Sent Ozzie and another helper. They showed in 2 hours just like they promised. Did excellent job . If you need a plumber CALL THEM .
New Years day 2022, noticed sewage leaking in my basement. Franticly started calling cesspool services to rectify the situation. Fun fact: most 24 hour emergency service companies don't work on holidays. So just for the heck of it I started calling any company that dose Cesspools. Baron answered immediately and had explained that he's not working today, but wanted to know about my situation and after a few questions Pete said I'll come over now. 20 minutes later he pulled into my driveway and started working. 30 minutes later my Cesspool problem was solved and repaired! Pete is a true professional, he has been doing this for over 40 years and it shows. His prices are low, like the same price he was charging 40 years ago. I strongly recommend Baron Cesspool for any cesspool issues. Thanks Pete!
