(April 26, 2023, 8:10 pm)I had a horrible experience with a competitor in the area. I needed my Miele fixed and was told do buy replacement parts on Amazon! I went to Banks Vacuum hoping for some guidance and the owner was extremely helpful and nice. He did diagnostics on my vacuum and sold me refurbished parts and cleaned my vacuum brush. My vacuum is like brand new and I couldn’t be happier! He really took the time to help me and I’ll definitely be back to buy a new vacuum in the future. I highly recommend Banks vacuum for anyone who needs a repair or new vac.
