This Cairo branch is truly an example of ideal local banking. In ten minutes we solved what had been a frustrating situation that the internet had made impossible to understand
Sometimes first impressions aren’t the whole story but my story just gets better.
I had problems using the website and spoke on the phone to Pam who said I needed to do my transfer at the branch bank. I rushed and arrived close to closing. Three people came to my aid. Christa began immediately to resolve my problem and Pam called the branch to see if I had found a solution. Christa and Pam not only solved it, they arranged for my overall issue to be solved at once.
This level of care is unprecedented in my experience. Wonderful people. -

Bank of Greene County staff took their time with him (important as he often gets confused). They were wonderful in explaining things sometimes several times as he needed. The person touch couldn't be beat.
