  In my many, many decades of going to dentists, Dr. Baltazar has to be the best dentist I've ever seen for oral care. She is very kind, considerate, compassionate, professional, gentle, super knowledgeable, and explains procedures remarkably well beforehand. She takes the time to give you all information needed to make an informed decision regarding any care. I have had many old amalgams removed and replaced and even a crown for the first time. Everything is perfect! I highly recommend her to anyone thinking of changing dentists. And her staff is by far very friendly and competent at everything else! Without a doubt 5 stars, but 10 would be appropriate if I could!!

  The people at Baltazar Dental are wonderful and caring. Dr. Baltazar takes her time with you and explains what is going on during any procedure. I would rate her higher if I could. She’s the best dentist I’ve ever had.

  We stumbled upon Baltazar Dental by chance, and we are so glad we did. After years of frustrating experience with other practices where you feel like you are rushed in and out and you start doubting whether they have your best interest both medically and financially, this was a very refreshing change. Dr Baltazar's practice is small but extremely thorough and professional and modern. We are lucky to have such a quality practice this close to home. Dr. has a good sense of humor, which let's face it, dentistry is a pain pit, and having a good hearted person on the other end of the pointy tools is highly critical. How many of us have had the rough end of the deal when a moody dentist goes full blood fest into our gums.
  
  Baltazar Dental gets a big 👍👍 from both Kate and I. If you are in the South Hadley area and in need of dental work, look no further. You will not find a better practice, guaranteed.

  Dr. Baltazar is caring and very gentle and a extremely professional dentist. I found that my care was excellent and she explained everything very clearly. My experience with going to Dr. Baltazar is the best and I would recommend her and her wonderful staff 100 percent.
