I had an arch and tall centerpieces made for my graduation party, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Balloons by Lou. The owner, Lou, went out of his way to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and was so sweet throughout the entire process. Everyone at my party complimented the balloons all day/night.

I am very particular and Balloons by Lou made my visual into a reality. When I arrived to my party early, everything was completed, and I didn't have to worry about the breakdown at the end the night.

Not to mention, Lou is a total pleasure to work with!! Very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend his business to anyone!
