  This is a lovely oasis of calm in an otherwise turbulent world. I truly enjoy their classes and have never been greeted with anything other than a warm smile and compassion. I miss this place so much and truly hope they survive these unfortunate closures as they are such a tremendous asset to our community. A wonderful place to grow in your yoga practice. 🧘🏽‍♀️. Highly recommended

  I have been taking yoga classes at Balance Yoga for two moths now. Never having done yoga before, I decided to give it a try to relieve long term lower back pain, and to improve my overall mobility. Being middle aged, I had difficulty with stairs, getting up from a seating position, and playing on the floor with small kids caused major strain on my body. Having had Lupus for years doesn’t help either.
  
  I try to take classes three to four times a week, mostly with Debbie or Shana. Both are great instructors who provide an unbelievable physical and spiritual experience. Their instuction are clear even for a beginner and they offer lots of modified versions for all levels. The studio is beautiful with good lighting, and it is very clean.
  
  The most important thing for me is that just after two months of attending classes at Balance Yoga, I feel a 150% better, totally like a new person. I can actually run up the stairs in my house without having to watch out for shooting pain in my back. My sciatica is gone, and when I get up in the morning I no longer walk bent in half. I feel more relaxed and calm, and I am charged with energy I haven’t had in years. Added bonus is being able to fit into dresses that were too tight on me.
  
  This studio is a great place with wonderful people!

  So as not to give a biased perspective, I first came to practice as a student and I am now a teacher here, it's wonderful to both practice and work here! All of the teachers are excellent and able to work with students of all levels. Brian and Luana have created an amazing atmosphere and environment to practice in, and really have put a lot of incredible energy into this space! Come practice with us, there are classes for all students!

  Wow ! What can I say !?This Studio will forever hold a special place in my heart not only because I teach here but because I consider it a home away from home. Classes here really accommodate all practitioners of any age and fitness level, the teachers are very knowledgeable and teach from their heart. Way before I even started teaching I was taking class here because the energy and feeling I acquired after class made my day every time. Strength and Grace that’s what you will walk away with and a more profound sense of your over all being. It’s an honor to be part of this community ! Check me out on the schedule 😉

  I love this place, they have the best teachers! I feel like when I take classes the teachers are so amazing that the classes are seamless. I totally get lost in the moment between mind, body and breath. When your class is over you will be so relaxed and feel totally refreshed. The studio is also beautiful.
