  I've been a patient for awhile. I recently had an emergency and called them and they were able to see me very quickly. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the assistant who took vital information to the doctor was affable, professional, and reassuring. I would, and have, recommend this practice to others. Thanks for the great service!

  I've been coming here for over 25 years and my experience has always been great. Taking care of my vision is always at the top of my list and the doctors are some of, if not, the best in the field. Latest technology is great.

  Visiting Bala Eye Care is always a pleasure. The front desk staff are so cordial and friendly and quickly process your records when you arrive. Natasha did my initial eye test and was friendly, explaining exactly what tests she would perform and quickly and efficiently handled her work. I only had a short wait before Dr Mathers came in to finish the exam and explain everything about the current state of my eyes. I had a quick visit in the optical shop to look at newly arrived frames. For now, nothing tops the frames I found there about 5 years ago so I’ll wait until other options arrive. Staff in the optical shop are really helpful and suggest frames that compliment my face. I highly recommend the care at Bala Eye!

  My visit was very pleasant. All my issues were addressed and resulted in a favorable outcome. I choose this establishment because my deceased husband was a patient and we were always pleased with the care he received. Thank you Dr. Mathers and staff.
