  Came highly recommended to us. Called John and he came out within a couple days, great guy, outlined a plan for our house that was reasonable. When they were finished we never saw another insect. We will be doing this annually.

  I have used this company for a few years now. There is no job too small or large for them. My most recent experience was great. My time slot was scheduled for 1-5, the exterminator was running a bit late so I called the office and left a message to see if he was still coming. The owner, John, called me back and apologized for the lateness (the original exterminator had an emergency) and advised that he would be sending someone else promptly. The exterminator that serviced my property was Carlos. He was nothing short of amazing. He took his time thoroughly inspecting the property and identifying areas that were potentially problematic. I did not feel that the job was rushed and I feel very confident about the solutions he provided. Compared to other companies, Bad Boys has unbeatable prices. I enjoy supporting local businesses and I 100% recommended this company.

  We've done biz w/Bad Boys for 3 yrs beginning w/pre[purchase home inspection and then periodic ant extermination, etc. recently suspect mice, sent John a text on a Saturday, he responded in 2 hours and had crew at the house Monday morning; terrific service. I am sure Terminx would not have provided that quick, responsive service. Bad Boys is a terrific, local, family owned business!

  We’ve used Bad Boys on multiple occasions - starting with our home inspection & continuing with a monthly service agreement.
  
  Most recently, we came to our property on a Friday night to find ants in multiple rooms. We left a voicemail late Friday night, they called us back early Saturday, and had someone at the house by mid-day on Saturday. They uncovered the source and treated the property. We have not experienced a problem since.
  
  They are easy to work with, very responsive, and do great work. We are very appreciative to work with them. Highly recommend.
