The Bison is delicious. Definitely worth the drive away from corporate chain grocery store to experience food the way nature intended.

My 21 month old son loves the breakfast sausages and pastrami..... way better than pork. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality meat vs our supermarket meat. Thank you Backyard Bison!!!

Rod is a great guy who was kind enough to explain and share the in's-and-out's of the business from breeding to processing to sales. Without hesitation, we purchased several pounds of lean bison meat and the taste and quality was unbeatable. Happy to have found this gem in the Lehigh Valley!
