(September 6, 2023, 1:15 am)Traveled about 2 hours from home to come here because they had the great deal on a 23 XP1000 RZR. So easy to deal with and very nice family! And when the machine needed warranty work (defect from factory) I thought I would take it to a local dealer (North American Warhorse) only for them to have it for 2 weeks and then charge me 106$ to get it back and tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong. So I took it back to backwoods before my warranty was out…. They had it fixed and ready to go 2 business days later… will never go anywhere else.

I’ve purchased echo parts and equipment, a 61” Bad Boy Revolt and had a Sportsman 570 repaired after a crash. They are courteous, respectful, hard working and fair. They are my absolute go-to for Polaris, Bad Boy and Echo

(August 25, 2018, 7:48 am)I have been bringing my machines here few months now. The service, quality of work and communication is great here! All the work I've needed got done as expected and I was updated if anything else was seen and asked what I would like to do about it. I mention this because some places will do things without communicating and then expect you to just cover the cost. I always feel welcomed when I'm there. It wasn't long after I started going there that everyone knew my name. That's something simple, but it goes along way. I'll continue to bring my machines here and I will recommend anyone to do the same!
