She helped me reassess which package would be best based on the stains, once she was able to see them in person, yet didn’t put any pressure on me to move to a higher priced package. Most importantly of all, she was extremely wonderful to communicate with- always responding quickly, answering questions and keeping me informed along the way. She also did a wonderful job cleaning our carseat. It looks so great, she was quick and efficient and it was ready for pick up even earlier than initially estimated. We’re so pleased and already planning to choose Traci again for more items we’d liked cleaned. Can’t recommend her enough!

(November 18, 2022, 2:07 pm)Traci did an amazing job getting my stroller, pack and play, and high chair ready for baby #2. They were in storage for awhile, but now they look good as new! Friendly, professional, excellent communication, quick turnaround….will definitely use her services again!

(July 12, 2022, 9:25 am)Traci was very quick to respond when I decided, last minute, to order a baby bouncer for my 7 month old while visiting family. The item was in great condition, clean and she even included a little treat bag with crayons and a pouch! Overall, great experience and I will definitely rent from her again when I visit in the future!
