Visited today as part of a tour. Considering a place to move mom. Facility is clean. Staff are friendly. I was impressed with entry process too. I would be happy to move mom there.
Today was a nice visit. I was taking a patient to an activity and noticed her wheelchair wheel was broken Christopher in environmental services jumped right in to help me. He didn’t have to help me but he did to be nice . It’s hard to find that now a days. Thank you again .!!
it was a great experience when i walked in the new machine thing scanned my face and it made me an tag and it took my temperature somehow but anyways it was great definitely would come back to visit my family member again very welcoming
I thought the home was very clean and professional. While visiting I was able to get the attention of a nurse or two to help with a few items. Everyone seemed polite and courteous.
I respect the security required upon entry. I feel that this is a safe place for my mother-in-law to complete her rehab with professional and courteous staff. Thank you for that!

My first visit was very positive. The admissions director welcomed me, gave me the tour and spent time with me answering questions. She was professional and personable and very understanding and compassionate. Everyone was positive, greeting me and asking if I needed help. The facility is exceptional. Wide halls and the rooms were comfortable. Nobody really wants to live in a nursing home, but when it is necessary, find a place you can call home, just like Avon.
