(July 13, 2023, 12:24 am)It was a pleasure working with Mani! It was my first time to deal with Avis, and he provided me with an outstanding customer service.
I rented a car to go from NJ to NY after my father’s death and as I’m very sensitivity to scents the car had a scent that I was very sensitive to. Despite that it was few minutes after 4pm where the system was closed, and I shared with him that I couldn’t drive the car from NJ to NY as I’m very sensitive to the scent - and - it was the end of the end of his working day, he in fact drove to the other Avis location about 5 miles from Avis Princeton Air Port Location to exchange the car and made certain I was satisfied with the service. Mani goes far and beyond for his customers and I am an Avis customer because his exceptional level of service. Thank you Mani, you are an asset to the company! -
