(July 1, 2023, 6:06 am)I was across the street at a funeral and my window would not go up,so I went over to ask if they can help,the tow driver tried to help and then he got the mechanic,who took the panel off and found the problem.He took his time and not once did he complain about being to busy to help.I went in the office to ask what the price was going to be and he said don't worry about it.Fir now on I'll be going there for all my automotive needs.

(February 7, 2023, 3:52 pm)Right from the very start when I called for a quote the staff was extraordinarily helpful and kind. They were able to put a long distance motorcycle tow quote together in a reasonable amount of time. There were some hiccups about how to tow my bike due to its weight and bag’s, but yet again they came through to make it happen. Angel was my tow truck operator along with another young man both of whom were incredibly professional. Got the job done fast and without error which made me happy! The price was great i new it was gonna be expensive, but was definitely worth it. If I ever need another tow while I’m in the area I will definitely be using Avenue Towing! Thank you all for your diligent work to get the job done!!!!

(May 5, 2022, 10:07 pm)Avenue Auto employee John G was dispatched by AAA when I locked my keys in my car, he contacted me to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived. He was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. He had my door opened on less than 5 minutes.
