Coming a long way from being a non-profit County run facility years ago, this building has really turned it around. The new management just cleared survey and there is a vibrant feel washing over the facility that is palpable to the residents and staff alike. A real breath of fresh air. So excited for the potential here.
My mom was a resident here at Lackawanna Health and Rehab now called Aventura at Terrace View. She was a resident on B1 for 8 years before passing away at 98 years old. She liked being here and she was taken care of by many wonderful staff. March 2022 I brought my sister here to Aventura at Terrace View from Florida. She is a resident on the D wing. Many of that same wonderful staff are still working here. Plus many more hard working pleasant, compassionate staff. It is a very good feeling to know my sister is being taken care of here. She is happy, comfortable, healthier then when in Florida and content. She always raves about every meal and eats everything they serve. Snacks, activities and/or entertainment are provided each day. My sincere thanks to everyone at Aventura at Terrace View !
