(May 20, 2023, 5:08 pm)I have to tell you, I walked into this store wanting to not like it, but the store is beautiful and has so many amazing options. The deciding factor, however, was Ahmed. From the moment we spoke to Ahmed, he made us feel at ease and excited about our project. We were having a difficult time envisioning our bathroom remodel, but Ahmed guided us along our journey to the prefect tile for our project. He provided kind advise when we went astray and provided extremely helpful feedback when making our selections. I highly recommend Avalon Flooring and make sure you ask for Ahmed when you get there!
Thanks also to Store Manager, Hugo. We let him know about our wonderful experience with Ahmed and he shared the store’s vision to be approachable and customer friendly. Store leadership is doing something right, in my opinion. -

(November 22, 2022, 5:07 pm)Recently we completed a bathroom renovation and it came out gorgeous thanks to Ahmed who provided his expertise! Of course there were glitches with the contractor requiring returns and additional purchases. Ahmed could not have been more accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with! I would not hesitate to use Avalon again and will call Ahmed for our next home improvement- he is a wealth of knowledge in the design business!

(November 17, 2021, 9:12 am)Our experience with Avalon Flooring or Manalapan was outstanding. From the first day that we walked into the showroom, all the way through our installation yesterday, the process was flawless.
Our sales representative Ahmed Z. listened to what we were looking for and presented us with several options. We were transitioning from a floating laminate floor in our kitchen and were looking for tile, either ceramic or porcelain. Ahmed's recommendation was to have Rob D. come out to measure, inspect the floor and offer his suggestions.
Rob is an experienced professional floor installer and estimator, in the business a long time, thus was able to identify concerns with our floor that we would never have known about. We had two other other "estimators", one from one of the big box stores and another flooring company and neither took the time to inspect the floor's condition. Rob on the other hand got down on the floor to "eyeball" the contours and offered Ahmed his recommendations.
Rob and Ahmed ultimately strongly suggested we go with a Glue Down Vinyl Plank which would be waterproof and offered countless visual options. We ultimately went with Mannington Adura Flex glue down AduraTile in the Legacy style and we couldn't be happier. It looks exactly like to tile we were looking at, but was more cost effective, durable and anti-microbial as an added benefit.
Bottom line, the entire experience from day one to the finish line was a please. Ahmed Zakkour, Rob Derhay, Robert Trout and even the installers themselves are truly professional and we highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.
