  My mom has been at Autumn Lake for almost 6 years now. From the beginning, the staff has been wonderful to mom and gotten her the help she needed. I wanted to give special thanks to the 2nd floor nursing team (Marie and team) and the wonderful CNA's (Magalita (spa?) and Patty) in her wing. The administrative team has been very helpful as well, including Sue Baldeo in the business office. Their support has made a very difficult time in mom's life that much easier.

  Our mom who is 90 had to have hip surgery (pin procedure) and needed rehabilitation for a short period of time.
  Sally and her staff were amazing. They treated her with respect and compassion, her therapy sessions were fantastic. In a world where people have been so quick to criticize, we have complements. The facility is older but very well equipped and clearly capable of handling large numbers and doing it well.
  We in our haste forgot some important items and the staff put them in a safe environment, with everything in tact.
  This alone makes this a 5 star 🌟 organization.

  My brother’s experience at Autumn Lake has been wonderful. The PT and OT have been first class and the kindness of the practitioners must be remarked upon. Dining services have been great and my brother is part of the clean plate club. Social worker Laura Cormier has been excellent; receptionist Donna Taylor has been welcoming as has been Norma at the main desk. The nursing staff and LPNs have all been precise and helpful. The cleaning staff is thorough and friendly. Clearly this is a well run rehabilitation center. My brother has been here for a month and enjoyed doing a puzzle and listening to live music. Our whole family is very grateful for the care my brother has received.

  Very happy with Autumn Lake. My father was here for rehab for months and treated him wonderfully. My grandmother has now been a resident here for a few years. We will never be able to express how grateful we are for their kindness and care she’s received. The staff is amazing. Always a friendly front desk welcome from Donna and others. Highly recommend.
