I've seen the inner workings on how they and their management run the business and they are extremely customer focused. They are constantly trying to improve every aspect of how they do things.
They service all my vehicles. -

(December 26, 2022, 9:58 am)I am hard to please and very picky. Shawn and his staff operate on a higher level of service then you will find at other mechanics. From the customer service to the thorough explanation of what was needed to be done, the attention to detail was clear and appreciated.

(October 25, 2022, 6:34 pm)What a great place! Every worker there was so helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things. They even gave me a follow up call a week or so after to make sure we were satisfied! That's good customer service right there. They did a great job with our car and I don't think we will trust anyone else from here on out. Bonus points for the fact that they donated to our local Breast Cancer fundraiser AAANNNDDD the owner (I think it was one of the owners... if not it was a manager) spent the whole day at the fundraiser in the kitchen flipping pancakes. Class act all around!
