  I was referred to Auto Center of Hatboro by a friend. What a great friend. Eddie the shop owner took my older model BMW in with a couple of issues that had perplexed other mechanics and fixed it in basically a half of a day. When I tell you I am beyond impressed with him and his shop it is no understatement! I am a pretty harsh critic so my praise will be equal in a very positive way here. Eddie I can’t say thank you enough for the honesty, love of all cars, your prompt attention to my vehicle and reasonable price. For the fact of where my frustration was with my car it was actually a great price. Eddie you have a new customer and a friend!! I can’t say it enough I already have started referring family his way. If u have a need go see him a true rare find. Just honesty alone gives give an A+++ in my book. And by the way if u need to use the bathroom it is top notch:) just goes to show the pride he takes in his business. I can go on but my point has been made here. See Eddie!

  Before I begin, it should be noted that if I could leave 6/5 stars, I would. I recently had my 2003 BMW in at the Auto Center of Hatboro, and I have never been so impressed. I dropped the car off with Eddie for a coolant leak. While dropping it off, Eddie introduced himself and genuinely gave me peace of mind. By the next morning, before I was even awake, Eddie sent me a detailed video explaining every issue with the car. By late afternoon, he sent me a text that my car was ready to be picked up! Keep in mind, he had to buy parts and do the entire job, and managed to do it in one day! Any other shop or dealership would have taken weeks. Eddie did it all in one day. It's deeper than this, though. Eddie genuinely did a fantastic job on my car; he was thorough, he cares, and he is passionate about the quality of his craftsmanship. It goes to show why so many people rave about his shop. I have nothing but great things to say about the Auto Center of Hatboro. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great mechanic who truly cares about your car.

  Eddie is truly the best. He will drop anything to help you. I would not trust anyone else with our cars. He goes above and beyond to help in anyway that he can. Drove to my house to help my son with a flat tire, patched a tire for me and checked my oil because he knows I don’t keep up with it!!!! I recommend him to everyone I know.

  Ed and his team are phenomenal. Not only is he extremely polite and personable, he will also go above and beyond to research, provide a quote, and ensure all work exceeds expectations. Prices are very reasonable and competitive, while offering superior quality of work. Even the shop is immaculate. It is clean and well organized - a rare sight for an automotive shop, but definitely a reflection of the care that is taken to service their customers' vehicles.
  
  We first brought in our Lexus for an inspection, oil and cabin filter change. We were so pleased with the level of detail and care that went into the service. Ed made sure to check the sunroof and firewall drains and even clear them out, something no other shop has actually done for us or even mentioned. He even took pictures and videos to document every finding to supplement recommendations for both future service and maintenence we can perform ourselves.
  
  Recently, our car was unfortunately broken into one night, leaving us with a broken window and a massive storm on its way the next day. We went to Auto Center of Hatboro the next morning and Ed began searching for a replacement window right away. He kept it in the garage during the storm and was able to replace the window the same day!
  
  Please consider using Auto Center of Hatboro next time your car needs service. Your car is one of the most important tools, and should be given the exceptional care it deserves.

  I couldn't have been more happier with the work that Eddie and his team can accomplish and achieve. If you have a problem with anything car related things BRING IT TOO EDDIE. HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN LIKE THESE OTHER WANNA BE SERVICE PROS.
  I never been broken down on the side of the road because I bring my cars to Eddie and there almost 20 years old. Truly great guy.
