  Needed a new dryer, and Aurels was awesome! I first ordered a GE, but when it arrived, the delivery guys noted it was scratched and immediately told me that I needed another dryer. Chris checked my vent, and said I needed to order a dryer with less depth and gave me suggestions; he even called back to the office to let them know. Went back to the show room, Colleen quickly set me up with a different dryer, which was delivered with a week and fits perfectly. Thanks Aurels! Great customer service, great selection. They also did all my appliances when I first moved in.

  Excellent Service, during these tough times getting what you want in appliances isn’t easy if you go to one of the big chain stores. Not being from the area, we were told you really need to go to the best family appliance store in the area, AUREL’s.
  We were in the process of building a new vacation home, and needed several appliances.
  There was no push to purchase from them at all as before, they carried both high end and builders budget.
  They researched on the computer, looked up in their brand books to help us get just what we wanted, it was a certain large size refrigerator and we didn't want the standard finish of stainless steel, they went the extra-mile and took time with us find the exactly the style and finish we wanted for our new home.
  The service people went above and beyond; were courteous to call to tell us our order units were in and to arrange a delivery date w/ us / install so we could open up our building site. The refrigerator was huge and heavy the installers were awesome, it took two men to get it up the hill and in to the house they were very respectfully of our new home’s flooring, we just had to tip these guys! We are so glad we went to an independent store that gave us the intelligent descriptions features on the appliances we purchased along with better pricing and more of a custom look in our kitchen. We are so happy and appreciative of your services we would just like to say, Thank you!

  This mom and pop appliance store might be in an out of the way place, but the prices are within range and available stock plus displays to choose from are quite ample! Even their delivery prices are affordable, considering the many miles they travel for their happy customers! ** We have purchased all appliances there and now many years later, we return to update the appliances to the modern day and remain grateful that the business continues to strive, survive and is still run by the same family! ** They pay attention to detail, are quite personable and only want contented and return customers! Queries are immediately answered as their sales reps are knowledgeable regarding the various name brands!** Those big box stores are not comparable to the awesome service from Aurel's much valued employees who might also be their extended family! From two contented customers who are delighted that this awesome business has met our every need & thensome!
