  Dr April is kind caring thorough and knowledgeable She listens to your needs instead of trying to have you go in a direction you’re not comfortable with. The front desk ladies also try their best to accommodate your availability and have gone out of their way to do so. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of audiology assistance

  Best experience ever! Mom has had hearing loss for 20 years and had purchased quality hearing aids from another local provider. This group was the first to provide her with clear instructions on how to change filters monthly. And to show her how to work the additional accessories for TV and cell phone

  Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The staff at the front desk both over the phone and in person were extremely pleasant and professional. The audiologist took so much time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me as well as give me a modern and well rounded audiological exam.

  Dr. April was amazing! Very friendly welcoming staff! She addressed all are concerns! Told us all about the cost , tests and how hearing aid works. She is awesome. Highly recommend her.
