Ken is hands down, the best diagnostician I have found. He is one of very few, who can find the parts, and has the knowledge, to keep both vintage equipment, as well as newer models in top shape. His prices are fair, and turn around time is great!
Been going to this repair shop for years. He has customers from all over stop by for repairs cause has that good. Due to the overwhelming demand he's a bit backed up so if you need a repair done ask how long would it take, just to be on the safe side. Good shop for sure.
So if you need anything electronic fixed, pretty much this audio nexus is the best place to go. For a straight up 40$ you get diagnostics and then if parts are available within three weeks you have that lost to whatever cassette player CD player amp receiver or whatever fixed by an expert with years of experience at an affordable price. 92 bridgeport ave in Devon. I recently toasted a Fender tube amp. I was already shopping for a new amp because I figured the amp was done, when a friend suggested I try Nexus. I looked them up, and just reading the reviews, I had to give it a shot. Ken looked at it and said it would not be a problem to repair. Price was fair and his work and knowledge was impeccable. He’s also just a real nice guy. Will 100% be going back. I feel lucky we have a shop like this so close.
Ken did a great job working on my vintage '55 Fender Tweed Deluxe. Very thorough and fair. The amp sounded good before but now operates safer and sounds cleaner and better overall.
