  Tom made the process easy, and also fun. He was a pleasure to talk to and explained everything very well. I was a first time home buyer so most of the terminology was foreign to me, and he did an excellent job making me trust everything that I was signing. My fiance and I really enjoyed his small jokes that he threw in throughout the process. I would highly recommend his services!

  Our Attorney Tom Kane was great! Tom was able to accommodate us and keep us calm as we pushed for an on time closing. He and his staff worked hard to be sure our lender's information/documentation was in and correct and they did a great job keeping us in the loop. In the end, he walked us through our closing expertly, making sure to explain the process simply and easily. If we do it again, I wouldn't change a thing!

  I worked with Tom Kane on the closing of my house two weeks ago and it couldn't have been smoother. The whole process was very quick and thorough. Attorney Kane described every section and every detail in a way my wife and I would understand and he made us feel very comfortable while working through it.   I confidently and highly recommend Attorney Kane and his entire staff. You can put your trust in this office! They are thorough, knowledgeable, with total attention to detail. Everyone we worked with in the office was professional, yet very personable and easy to work with, making for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the mortgage company we worked with was nothing short of a total nightmare right up to the closing. Thankfully, Attorney Kane and Mary did everything in their power to see the closing through to the end. Without their advice and guidance, I’m not sure this closing would have actually taken place. Thank you Tom and Mary, for your patience and persistence in helping our family move in to their dream home!!!
