He was knowledgeable, got me the best deal for what I was looking for and was efficient helping other customers too. This is one of the best experiences I have had upgrading my phone and will be back to that location because of the amazing customer service.

I dropped in to change over my carrier and get a new phone and he hooked me up with a great deal, great price with superb customer service. He took his time to go through all my available options concisely to get me the best deal to fit my needs. Definitely recommend this store location in park slope.

(November 20, 2022, 11:51 am)Was able to upgrade my phone and plan easily with no issues. Razaz who works there, is super helpful and was actually able to save me money both on my plan and upgrade. Didn't feel like a sales pitch or anything - he worked with me to find something that worked.

Don’t hesitate visiting this AT&T location if you’re looking for a staff with expertise - they know their stuff and have their customers best interests in mind!

(August 29, 2022, 5:12 pm)Purchasing a new phone after dropping my old one down an elevator shaft the previous day was exhausting to say the least. I went to the Apple store, and called AT&T customer service directly, just to be met with conflict and utter confusion. I assumed getting a new phone would be an easy process, and Raza confirmed my initial expectation by making it a lot simpler than everyone else had. I'd recommend this store and his customer service to anyone! Thanks so much for all your help.
