(August 28, 2023, 8:49 pm)As a former Division 1 mid-distance runner, I’m looking to find a happy medium between training like an athlete while focusing on some more personal goals as well. The staff at Atlas Peak Performance have been extremely helpful in providing programming that fits these parameters while still making me feel truly individualized. The aches and pains I used to feel from previous running injuries have substantially decreased as well. I can’t recommend Brendan and the rest of the APP team enough!

Brendan was a critical part of getting our summer strength and conditioning program started at Wilmington Christian School. (August 23, 2023, 1:02 pm)Atlas Peak Performance is hands down the best Strength and Conditioning facility in the area. Their space is incredible (big & state of the art equipment). Alex, Brendan, and Mitch are who run it are top notch coaches. If your son or daughter is looking to take their athleticism to the next level this absolutely the place to be.
