  Beth Atlas is an incredible professional nutritionist and chiropractor. Beth gave thoughtful and useful advice when designing a healthy diet. Instead of dictating what she felt was important, she really listened to my likes, preferences, and cravings and offered creative alternatives, uses, and recipes to make sure I was eating foods I liked in a healthy, smart way. She really meets you where you are with very specific suggestions and ideas. As a particular eater, she was so innovative with her ideas, and I found so many great things to eat, feel energetic, and lose weight. She constantly followed up with new recomendations, recipes, or places to order from that it brought ease to the entire journey, where I lost more than weight than I planned and began a path of healthful eating. When I encountered joint pain, she pivoted and used her excellent chiropractic skills to assist me, and again, made concrete suggestions that truly alleviated my pain.

  I had a very positive experience with Atlas Nutrition. The tests were thorough easy to understand. I really enjoyed how accommodating Beth was with me being on the other side of the country. I feel now I have tools to take care of myself even better.

  Dr. Atlas is a knowledgeable nutritionist, excellent listener, and has helped me holistically heal. She provided me with online guidance, and accurately provided healthy alternatives to traditional medicine that cured me, and collaborated with my traditional doctors. I recommend her without reservation.

  I have been working with Beth of Atlas Nutrition & Wellness for over 4 months regarding issues with my digestive tract. Through nutrition, testing, supplements and lifestyle changes, I feel I am finally on a path to nutritional wellness.
