I waited all of ten minutes and they were very kind, and the doctor was awesome!

I needed to get stitches for an accident and found them through the VA website as I was in the area for a work conference.

They were the consummate professionals.

Administratively: Check in was easy and they found my information.

Nursing: She was a tenured professional that gave me options and treated me with respect and instilled confidence in me. I haven't had stitches since I was a young child.

Doctor: explained everything and his skill and bedside manner were top notch. His skill was so good I was in no pain and he expertly took care of my wound.

If I were local I would choose this at my PCP office. You are luck to have this team here.
