(March 7, 2023, 8:09 am)The entire crew are quite friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I’ve been a member since last august. The results have been transforming. Within a couple months I have been able to walk distances and jog without the sciatica and lumbar spondylosis kicking in. Strengthening my core has been the key. And their guidance to expand my program to provide other benefits continues to be quite rewarding. They’re also fun to be with.

(April 26, 2022, 1:02 pm)APT is the place you want to go if you need physical therapy. I had a herniated disc not too long ago and Shane and Chris got me right back on my feet, no surgery needed! They both are very knowledgeable and masters at their craft. I recommend them and APT to all of my friends and family.
