  Fast and efficient, they had me gate in to gate out in an hour 45 minutes. Sings make it easy to figure out where to go and park to get to the shipping and receiving office.

  Very polite lady in the shipping/receiving office. Dock worker was nice. Quick in and out, under 2.5 hrs with paperwork. Doors 1-4 can be tight if trucks are here otherwise manageable.
  
  Be careful cages pull in and out like they own it.

  They took too long to load. I had to take a 10-hr break at their place. Fortunately they have overnight parking. You probably want to come here and stay overnight if you can so you have fresh hours once they finish loading you. Loading was fast once I got a door.

  Pretty much take you in by your appointment time. I mean, mine was 9:30 am... Called me at 9:34 am for the door. Been here since the afternoon the day before.
  
  Receiving is open 7-3 pm...
  
  Not as tight as it looks. Unless your in door 1-4, but no worse than Chicago.
  
  The lady is very nice at the check in window.
