  6/7/23 I had a flatbed delivery appointment for 3:00 p.m. today and called and emailed them yesterday to try to get an earlier appointment, but could not get a response so I was a bit frustrated.
  
  I went ahead and came in about 5 hours early (10:30 a.m.) and security was very courteous and polite, but told me I was early and asked me to go park on a side street and they would call me in around 2:30 p.m.
  
  I turned around in their parking lot and went and parked on the side street and had been sitting less than 5 minutes when my phone rang and the security guard told me to come back around they were ready for me. I pulled back in, pulled my tarps, unsecured and their forklift driver had my full trailer unloaded in less than 15 minutes. I was rolling out of their gate empty 3 hours before my actual appointment time!!
