  Very knowledgeable staff. They take the time to fully understand and assess every individuals problems and pain. After my 1st session I had already learned techniques to lessen my pain and build strength. 100% recommend the Conshy location.

  ATI was terrific! I can't say enough about the staff here. They know so much and are invested in your progress. I highly recommend Ian and his staff.

  I am a 70 year old man and I had acute lower back pain for 4 months. With the history of 2 hip replacements for my mother, I was guessing that a bad hip was causing substantial pain in my lower back and hip area. My doctor recommended (much to my skepticism) a few weeks of physical therapy. I went to ATI in Plymouth Meeting twice a week and after 4 weeks I felt somewhat better, but my trainers said stick with it. Now, after 8 weeks, eureka... totally pain free.
  
  My schedule didn't permit me to go the same days each week, and as a result, I worked with about 5 different trainers. At first, I thought this was a terrible situation, much much to my surprise, each person was able to read my full rehab history and also was able to supplement different exercises.
  
  The result was exactly absolutely contrary to what I anticipated. I think the variety of trainers actually helped my recovery. They had the consistency of my PT records, and the slight variety of exercises have worked wonders.
  
  I nearly gave up after 3 weeks, but now I'm really, really glad I stuck with it.
  
  As I told my lead trainer, with a smile, on my last day, "I hope I never have to see you again!" But, if I do, I'll be back. They are my heroes. -- Jim D.

  Ian and the team at ATI were amazing! I had a minor shoulder issue that had the potential to be major and with their help, I was back to throwing and lifting in no time. Learned a lot about how to best support my shoulders going forward and how to think more holistically about how my body moves. A great experience!

  I was referred to ATI by my doctor for tendinitis in my Achilles. Ian and staff were able to help right away with different stretches to relieve the pain. As I continued, the tendinitis got better and I learned how to manage it but I then starting experiencing some nerve pain in my heal. Ian and staff were able to address that right away as well. I am happy to report I have been cleared and no longer require Physical Therapy, which on one had is great news but it was always great spending time with Ian and staff as everyone was so easy to talk to and work with. I would highly recommending anyone needing Physical Therapy to contact Ian and his staff at ATI in Conshohocken!
