(August 29, 2023, 11:39 am)Everyone at ATI is friendly, kind, and professional. Due to a chronic issue, I find myself needing therapy every few years and I choose the West Springfield ATI. I know I will be thoroughly evaluated and a customized and effective program will be developed for me. I just finished up and am feeling and moving so much better. I am totally motivated to keep doing my exercises at home thanks to the team at ATI. 😊

(July 21, 2023, 8:09 pm)I was very skeptical about physical therapy as it hasn’t been helpful in the past. (Side note: In other facilities) I finally bit the bullet and I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised. I’ve actually felt relief for the first time in months. The staff is polite, courteous and cheerful (not something I expect first thing in the morning). They’re well-informed of each persons individual needs and work together as a team to help the patient get the best care possible. I would definitely go back for other issues and would absolutely recommend them to others.

(June 26, 2023, 4:44 pm)I had been there years ago for my lower back. I could barely walk 1/4 mile without having to sit on my rolling walker. That was 3+ years ago. I have been walking pretty well since. This time around, Frozen Shoulder, I have had 3 visits so far and have had significant improvement. Doing exercises at home 2 times a day as well. Yes, there is pain. Can't avoid pain. Gradually subsiding. Highly recommend with skilled PT's.
