    Scheduling was nice easy. Tech made me feel very comfortable being a first time client. She explained everything and was patient with my questions.

    Everything went extremely well. Rob called ahead and was available sooner than the original appointment time. Full explanation of all aspects of the unit and components. Very nice interpersonal conversation sharing his expertise in a way that was easily understood.

    Had a great appointment with Dave, the Respiratory Therapist, and he was knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t catch the name of the woman at the first desk I encountered, but she was also very friendly and immediately made me feel welcome! I’ve had some negative experiences with companies like this, but these folks really have their act together. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Smooth scheduling and reliable communication made this truly a 10/10 experience overall.

    Rob was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me and made me feel comfortable and not afraid to use the CPAP machine. He told me how to use and clean it and what to do if I had any problems or questions. He was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor with it all. Very good experience and can’t wait to use it and to start feeling better.

    RT Dave from Howell, NJ , was the ultimate professional. He was very on point in giving instructions. He left no questions in my mind as to what I should expect!! I really feel comfortable knowing that he gave me state of the art information..!!!
