  We had an excellent experience with Joe. He explained the new machine well and made sure the mask had a perfect fit. Joe also made us feel assured that he would be available for any issues or questions.

  Great experience with AtHomeMedical! Pam was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained both the paperwork and the equipment. She made wonderful suggestions regarding mask choices. She listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling confident in my choice as well as my ability to use the equipment at home. I would highly recommend Pam and the Morris Plains office.

  I made an appointment at this facility because they did not have home appointments soon enough for me to start using my equipment. Li Yang was my assigned Respiratory Therapist and did a great job giving me an overview of how to use my new equipment, and he answered all of my questions. Mr. Yang was upbeat and kind. 5-star review for Li.

  I recently received my new CPAP machine. The nurse that visited my home was extraordinary. Karen Brown was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Even though I'm not a new user to such a device she took the time to fully explain the differences between this new machine and my older model. To have someone show up at the scheduled time and stay until she was sure I fully understood all of the information presented was uplifting. Thank you Karen Brown and At Home Medical!!
