(May 29, 2022, 9:48 am)While most would agree words like fair, honest, quality and care are not typically synonymous with “car salesman,” Manager Alex and AT Auto Repair team are the rare exception. To purchase a car in this current Market especially does not necessitate for any dealership to go above and beyond. Yet this is what Alex and his crew did in my experience of purchasing my daughter’s first car through them. A 2007 Ford Escape was bound to need some TLC, however, after purchasing- the car crapped out for various issues that could arguably have been missed in a general inspection. Regardless of that, I communicated all of the post-sale-discovered problems to Alex and he not only towed the truck back to his dealership, but he corrected each and every issue!! He was under no obligation to do this other than the standard he holds himself to in quality products and service at AT Auto Repair. Not only did Alex ensure the car was reliably operable but he made me feel confident in its safety for my daughter as well. Again… unreservedly recommend the exceptionally “fair, honest, quality and care” management and service at AT Repair! Thank you, Alex!
