  I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Dr. Umar. He walks you through each session with what he’s doing what to expect. He is professional, knowledgable, and a people person and his clinic is very clean. I drive an hour one way once a month to come see him to get work done and it’s something I look forward to! 10/10

  I have been to many chiropractors, PT, massage therapy sessions through out my years playing hockey, lacrosse, and golf. Dr. Umar knows exactly how to pin point your problem and help release the pain or tension. I’ve been pain free and feel more alive and opened up. Very personable and very knowledgeable. Will be coming back in the future. Even if it’s for a tune up. Great guy

  I’ve been dealing with a frustrating back issue for several years. After seeing multiple physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, you name it. I gave up on getting help for awhile. I had seen Umar’s work with many others and decided to give it a shot; after 5 sessions the feeling in my back has gone from 10% back to almost 100% now. Umar has a great understanding of body mechanics and how to properly fix movement pattern issues. I’m back to being motivated and enjoying working out again thanks to him.
