  I have been to so many gyms but Asylum Sports Center is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST! Every gym has the same equipment, so for me, it’s about the people and the personal attention. At Asylum, I work with Stephanie Butala. She is AMAZING! She motivates me to push myself and I am already seeing results! I highly recommend her to everyone, whether you are a seasoned athlete or someone who needs to get in shape (like me), Stephanie gives you the personal attention you need to meet your goals!

  What a great place! Coach Steph is absolutely amazing and the work she does with each individual athlete to help them improve in their own unique ways is so greatly appreciated! Would absolutely recommend any athlete who wants to develop their skills check this place out, you will not regret it!

  Huge thank you to Coach Steph!! She motivated me every session to challenge myself and get better. Her intensity made me raise my own. Her energy is contagious and I can thank her for getting me in shape to compete at the collegiate level! She is the best there is!!!
