  I have been working with John and Dave Pia at Associated Appliance for over 15 years doing home and condo renovations for my family and my rental properties.
  I would not go anywhere else. They always have gone above and beyond to help me select, purchase , install and repair all of my appliances.
  They are not high pressure salesmen.
  They always try to work within my budget to get the best quality they can for me.
  They are honest, dependable, and always on time.
  I would not shop anywhere else, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the purchase and installation of our Kitchenaid dishwasher purchased in the Monroe, CT store. If you have tried to purchase an appliance in the past 18 months then you know the availability is very Limited. John in the Monroe store was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great. John was able to help us find the correct model and they were able to deliver ahead of schedule. On install day, Jessie called and arrived promptly. Jessie was a real pro with personality and patience. He worked diligently around a tight fit to insure the old dishwasher removed and the new unit was installed and operating properly.
  As a realtor I have recommended Associated Appliances to my clients and can personally attest to the tremendous customer experience.

  My husband and I have bought all of our appliances from Associated for 23 years, starting when we lived in Stamford and they saved me when my oven broke right before Christmas. When we moved to Newtown, we were thrilled to learn about their Monroe location. Dave and his family are terrific. When our oven and refrigerator recently started to fail, they were very helpful in getting us replacements at a fantastic price, and made the rebate process very easy. Their installation team was wonderful as well. We trust them completely and will continue to buy from them, call them for any repairs (their repair service is also excellent), and recommend them to all our friends.

  I have purchased several items from Associated Appliance in Monroe and have always been very happy with the appliances and the service.
  John Pia and his team are the best. He takes time to listen to what you are looking for and then suggests items that fit your needs. The delivery people are extra careful in every way and the service technicians are first rate. John and his team have integrity and take pride in what they do.
  I would highly recommend Associated Appliance & Service for all your needs. You will not be disappointed.
