This review begins with the front office staff at Holmdel - so kind and caring.
My mom was bit by a dog in July 2022 and had a chunk of her arm taken off. She went to the emergency room where she did not get to see a plastic surgeon despite requesting one. Her discharge papers had conflicting information but once section stated to follow up with a plastic surgeon in a few days and suggested 2. We decided not to wait and began calling right away. Well I called NINE and the Samra group was the ONLY office to agree to see my mom (after one of the office girls asked me to text her a picture because she couldn’t believe what I was describing to her). the next morning they squeezed us in half an hour before they even opened. Forever indebted to them for understanding the severity of the situation.

Now for Ashley, the read MVP.
Absolutely amazing doesn’t even begin to describe the experience we had with Ashley (and Amanda) and Dr. Samra (he deserves his own review, which I will be leaving).
The initial visit was amazing and they both made us feel like family. Ashley was so kind and patient with my mom who was still in lot of pain. Amanda was a sweet heart and kept my very nervous mom laughing and distracted while the bandages were removed. Ashley, along with the Dr, listened and answered every single question and presented us with options. The next several visits were all phenomenal as well. Ashley went out of her way (on a weekend) to figure out why a prescription wasn’t being filled at our local pharmacy. You don’t get this kind of care just anywhere.
After 7 visits and multiple courses of treatment, my mom’s wound is fully healed and looks fantastic. Had we followed the ERs recommendations for treatment I am almost certain my mom’s wound would have incurred an infection and her scar would be much larger and thicker. We are forever indebted to Ashley, Amanda and Dr. A. Samra. 💕💕
