  I am a new client of Dr. Laakso and this is some of the best patient care I've received. I was treated kindly and respectfully. Extra time was taken with me to ensure my insurance coverage at my appointment and Dr. Laakso called herself. Dr. Laakso explained things carefully and clearly and answered all of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Laakso and office staff made all necessary calls to my insurance to get things going almost immediately and were responsive to everything involved with getting me fast, quality, and like I said--some of the best patient care I have ever received. They are getting all of my referrals. Thank you!

  Dr. Deb Reed is great. She has made a huge difference in the quality of life I enjoy now that I can participate in conversations and enjoy movies and music again. She is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her as an Audiologist you should consider.

  Dr. Laakso attended to my hearing needs with outmost professional care. Very knowledgeable and clear, she explained everything and offered me the best hearing aid option that was good for me and not just for business (it wouldn't even qualify as soft sell). I am VERY satisfied, my right hearing now matches my good left ear and I can enjoy classical music so much more. I have scheduled follow-up appointments knowing that I will stay "in tune." A lovely place, most conveniently located as well as wheelchair accessible. THANK YOU.

  Dr. Reed is very smart and knows a lot about hearing and hearing aids. She's done the research and is happy to share it in a way that's easy to understand. She is very patient and she has a good sense of humor.

  I wear my hearing aids proudly and gratefully in large part because Dr. Reed and Dr. Laakso so respect and support my capacity to participate fully in my world. They and their staff are always eager to be helpful--and fun to be with. They are understanding and resourceful with cost burdens, but never at the expense of quality in their diagnosis and options for treatment.
