(August 3, 2023, 8:17 am)Shane and his helper was excellent. Explained what the problem was , took care of the problem and fixed it . As well as gave recommendations for the future. Price was same as explained to me over the phone. Honest and definitely will call again for future plumbing issues

Oh and did I say affordable?!? I have had many plumbers over the years as a home owner and have never met someone who genuinely enjoys their job and isn’t in it to rip people off. They shared with me the services that they could provide based on the issues we were having. He spoke candidly about what he was seeing and what he could do for us. I was so impressed by the time he took to explain to me what he was doing and how he knows what he is seeing, hearing or feeling in the drains. For as long as A&S are in business, I will never call Horizon, Roto Rooter or those big name plumbers to service a clog in our home. They are the superior plumbing company by far and you will not be disappointed when you invite them in to your home to fix your pipes! Thank you guys so much! You have a customer for life!

(July 31, 2023, 4:38 pm)Shane was recently out at my residence to clear the sewer exhaust drain that had a blockage. He was polite, punctual, and knowledgeable of the area in which I live. Shane explained the issue and was able to clear the drain. It has been almost 3 weeks and no issues. Shane went above and beyond to also offer some suggestions on how to problem solve any potential issues in the future. I highly recommend Shane for any and all drain cleaning solutions.
