Artis is a beautiful place, they are the heart for my loved one! I couldn’t be more happy with the program, the Artis way, and how well I am treated, Artis cares! They are the best for memory care. 5 starts all the way!

Choosing to move our Dad into an assisted living residence wasn't an easy decision to make. How on earth could he be as happy living in a new and different place with new and different people as he was in his home surrounded by his family? I can say with 100% faith and a very grateful and full heart, that he has transitioned and thrived at the Artis since the day he moved in over 18 months ago. The staff are outstanding, and he is truly in a beautiful, warm, fun, stimulating, and loving new home. Our family sees and knows that he is cared for above and beyond measure. The entire staff knows him, knows us, responds to his and our needs effectively and efficiently - and we are always greeted with smiles and hugs. Moving our Dad to the Artis in Commack was the best decision, and our family is so thankful for each and everyone of the staff and their expertise and kindness. It is truly a wonderful place.

I have been in the elder care business for 20 years, and during that time, I have had the opportunity to check out many Assisted Living facilities here on Long Island. I must say that my experience with the Artis in Commack has been something special. The facility is clean and new, and the layout and amenities offer so much to the residents. Most importantly, the staff and management of the Artis go the extra mile to make sure all the needs are being met. Customer service is a dying art in todays world, but the Artis continues to show caring, compassion and professionalism to its residents, family members, and those who work with them. My highest recommendation.

From the moment I stepped into the Artis and spoke with Jacqueline and Kelly, I knew the Artis was a gem. The community is absolutely breathtaking, no detail was forgotten. The staff is kind and welcoming - the perfect place for my family member to reside. I feel safe with knowing this wonderful facility is taking care of some of the most vulnerable residents. It takes some seriously special people to take on a career of this nature and I know that Jackie and Kelly are the perfect ones for the ‘job’!

My mom has been a resident at Artis since early July. She is very well cared for and has transitioned to her new living environment smoothly. The staff at Artis are simply amazing. They are all very friendly, kind, caring, respectful and dedicated. When visiting, my family and I are always greeted with a warm smile which immediately puts us at ease. The staff quickly responds to family requests and ensures that the resident's needs are met. The building feels like a resort with beautiful interiors and furnishings. Each "neighborhood" is designed with unique colors and accessories allowing residents to easily find their way around. The "neighborhoods" and rooms are also designed in a way to provide comfort and safety for the residents. My mom is doing very well, and we could not ask for more. Thank you Artis staff for making my mom and my family feel so welcome. We truly feel like we are a part of the Artis family!
